The Council
The Council is an invite-only dinner where women speak truthfully in a confidential, carefully curated space. Each gathering is designed to surface insight, challenge silence, and bring forward the intelligence women carry but rarely have room to express.
Seats are limited, selection is intentional, and the room is protected.
What Happens Inside
A Curated Table
Each Council brings together a small group of women chosen for the clarity of their thinking, the strength of their presence, and the perspective they bring into the room. The table is structured to remove hierarchy and performance, allowing every voice to land fully and without interruption.
A Protected Space
The Council operates under the Chatham House Rule. Themes and insights may move beyond the room, but identities never do. The conversation remains contained, and the camera stays on the host only, preserving privacy and trust.
Guided Conversation
The dinner moves through three deliberate rounds, designed to move from the personal to the collective and toward what comes next:
• Personal truth
• Cultural truth
• Future truth
Responses are kept concise to ensure equal airtime, steady rhythm, and a conversation that remains grounded, focused, and generous.
What the Council Produces
Each Council generates a body of cultural intelligence that shapes UnPolite’s public work.
From every gathering, we distill:
Core Themes
The truths women return to again and again, regardless of background or role.
Cultural Patterns
The behaviors, beliefs, and dynamics quietly shaping women’s lives and decisions.
Insight Statements
Clear, precise sentences that name the deeper truth beneath individual stories.
Shifts
What changed in the room, what became undeniable, and what moved collectively.
Questions for the Culture
The questions that deserve to be asked publicly to move the conversation forward.
Reflection from the Host
A written or recorded interpretation of the night’s intelligence, offered without attribution.
Nothing personal is shared.
No individual stories are repeated.
Only the insight that serves the wider culture moves outward.
The women remain protected.
The intelligence does the work.
